Azure is part of the master-planned Southgate City community and includes a total of 282 residential units.
Icon is a 46-storey concrete condominium project in Burnaby, developed by Ledingham McAllister. Designed by Arcadis | IBI Group, it features shared amenities and is located in the Edmonds area. Estimated completion is in 2025.
